Quinault-led Interpretive Trails. Responding to sea level rise.

The Interpretive Trails is a co-designed proposal led by the Quinault Indian Nation (QIN) to create a trail system connecting the lower and upper neighborhoods of Taholah, Washington, a village impacted by sea level rise. Starting at a wetland, the trails aim to serve tribal members with place-based education and access to the lower village. I worked with QIN to facilitate the participatory design process. My role included co-designing the trail layout and creating wayfinding signage.
